      What Happens Once I Decide to Opt-In?

      Initial Data Migration

      Once you decide to migrate to the next generation of Genesis Foods, our Migration Team will perform an initial migration of your data into a private preview environment Genesis Foods, made just for your organization.  

      Data Migration Review

      After the initial migration is completed, our team will generate an Exception Report for you to review any data that may be formatted differently in Genesis Foods. You will have the opportunity to revise the data in Genesis Classic or accept the data as-is for the migration before moving forward. 

      Private Preview Environment

      Trustwell will provide your team with login credentials to access your data preview for up to 30 days before you make your final decision. The preview environment will not overwrite your existing data in Genesis Classic, so you can freely explore with your own data while experiencing the enhanced user interface and new features of Genesis Foods.

      Final Migration

      After you’ve scheduled the date to switch over and approved or revised any items from the Exception Report, our Migration Team will import all of your data into your final production environment of Genesis Foods. You’ll also receive access to a suite of post-migration resources and support from our team to make sure everything is working smoothly.

      Our dedicated Support Team will be available to provide guidance and information about the new platform, as well as collect your feedback and address any questions you have while you explore.
